On Wednesday night, the volunteers of Collegeville Fire Company and Perkiomen Township Fire Company and Upper Providence Department of Fire & Emergency Services attended the Collegeville Borough Council Meeting held at the Collegeville Fire Company for the swearing in of the Collegeville Borough Police Department new police chief, John Barnshaw.
John has been a police officer in Collegeville for 22 years and he has been a volunteer with Perkiomen Township Fire Company for 31 years. John is also a volunteer with Collegeville Fire Company.
We wish John well as the new police chief. Congratulations John!
