Trappe Fire Company and Squad 34 and Engine 68 were dispatched to a vehicle accident involving a tree falling on a vehicle with Injuries on East 3rd Ave (Route 113 in Trappe Borough). Squad 34 was recalled as their services were not needed. Collegeville Fire Company Fire Police assisted with traffic control in shutting down the roadway between College Avenue and Iron Bridge Drive in Perkiomen Twp.
The roadway remained closed until Collegeville-Trappe Public Works responded with a backhoe and removed the tree from the roadway.
