Within minutes of the Station being dispatched for the Vehicle Rescue on WB 422, A second incident came in for the Station for a MVA with injuries on S. Collegeville Road @ Doe Rund Blvd., Upper Providence Twp. & Car 34 responded along with Engine 34 with a crew of three. Upon arrival the Engine took up a blocking position for scene and personnel protection. 4 lanes were restricted down to 1 lane past the accident scene. Due to the 422 accident, Rescue and Squad 53 were dispatched to assist. 53 was not needed at this scene and requested to cover Station 34 until 34 units cleared from the S. Collegeville Road incident.
